Located on the western shore of West Lake, work on Hanoi’s Watermark took an underperforming residence surrounded by low-rise buildings and shophouses and turned it into something aspirational. Through its renovation, Refico challenged the traditionally accepted level of design, quality, finishes, etc., ultimately setting a new benchmark against which all new projects are measured.
