I. Job Overview:
We are looking an experienced and dynamic candidate to join our team as a (Senior) Leasing and Events Executive, specializing in retail and commercial leasing while stay focus on planning, and executing various types of events for individuals, corporates, or organizations, ensuring the seamless execution of events, ranging from lux-brand private sales, exhibitions, intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences, celebrations, management lease of removable kiosk/food counters, with a specific emphasis on the Nexus Square project.
Situated at the heart of the CBD in HCMC and nestled between the two office towers overlooking the Saigon River, the Nexus Square project encompasses a dynamic 1,200 sqm GFA. Our vision is to transform Nexus Square into the new destination in the CBD, offering a vibrant space for approximately 8,000 office employees and catering to the needs of local communities, tourists, and guests from two five-star hotels next door. With a focus on meetings, gatherings, work-life enjoyment, and diverse experiences, Nexus Square aims to be a hub for business, leisure, and cultural activities, creating a unique and thriving environment for all. II. Responsibilities:
1. Leasing:
• Establish leasing allocations and relevant rental rates
• Continue providing initiatives to make the Square a hot trend of new destination to be
• Maximize the leasing locations to generate revenues
• Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to attract a diverse mix of internal tenants within the complex and externals, including retail and entertainment establishment
• Conduct market research to identify potential tenants/ events, negotiate leasing conditions and agreements, and manage the leasing process from start to finish
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective tenants and events organizers to maintain a vibrant and cohesive tenant mix
• Mitigate any conflicts and risks in rental, branding, hygene, safety, etc…
Events Planning and Management:
• Being primary contact point for events opportunities at N-Square.
• Plan, organize, and execute diverse events to enhance N Square’s appeal as a community and entertainment hub
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and implement engaging events, including cultural festivals, live performances, and promotional activities
• Develop events timelines and comprehensive plans to ensure N-Square is consistently filled with activities
• Prepare quotation, layout, proposal and contract. For purpose of seeking approval, take good track and give proper assessment and consultancy to the Events host/Agency on the proposed Events operation schedule, events set-up & removal plan, required electrical devices, decoration material, logistic, promotion staffs, target audience and target footfall brought-in, etc. Set clear direction to attract proper events & engagement activities to the N-Square
• Ensure close coordination with Property Management team to oversee the whole course of events, address any issue without disturbing the occasion
• Manage events leasing & MKT budgets, prepare and seek internal approvals for each event occurrence and ensure the overall plan set clear direction and the landlord’s standard requirements
• Conduct periodically report for post-events evaluations to assess success and gather feedback for improvement
2. Marketing and Promotion:
• coordinate with marketing team to set MKT plan, target to attract attendees, including promotional materials, booking website and social media campaigns, etc…
Community Engagement:
• Foster positive relationships with the existing tenants, buildings, commercial relationship, potential new Clients and Advert. Agencies, individuals and government entities to enhance N Square’s standing as a premier destination
• Implement initiatives to encourage community involvement and ensure N Square becomes a central gathering place for residents and visitors, with close coordination of Marketing team
Financial Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for leasing activities and events, ensuring cost-effective strategies and responsible financial stewardship
• Monitor financial performance, and implement adjustments as needed to achieve financial goals
• Prepare and present the periodical leasing and events management reports including planning, budgeting, execution, forecast and finance performance

III. Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality; advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in leasing and events management, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior-level role.
• Understanding of marketing, promotions and events, with ability to manage projects from initiation through delivery to completion and review.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills both internal and external parties.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with tenants, vendors, and community stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for transforming spaces into vibrant community hubs.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with local regulations and market trends in leasing and events management.
