  1. Job details:
  • Financial Planning: Develop and maintain the P&L budget & forecast; procedure robust forecasts that achieve business objectives;
  • Reporting & analyst: Provide timely & accurate analysis of budgets, forecasts & actual;
  • Be Finance Control Partner on P&L, B/S management, control & budget on CAPEX & overhead expenses for the Projects/ Holdco
  • Establish & monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the Projects/ Holdco
  • Build financial model for fund raising: bond, loan.
  • Review loan contract, bond documents;
  • Prepare report for bank, authority relates to bond;
  • Support M&A deals.
  1. Requirements
  • Excellent organizing abilities
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • BSc/Ba in accounting, finance
  • English skill
