We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our real estate development team during an exciting phase of growth and brand evolution. This is a key role focused on translating vision into action – driving targeted, high-impact marketing initiatives that bring our luxury developments to life.
Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of marketing activities across digital platforms, campaigns, events, and strategic partnerships.
*We are preparing to launch a new project soon, and are looking to fill this position quickly to support upcoming marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategic Marketing Planning & Execution
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing plans for each project, combining in-house creative concepts with agency collaboration.
  • Contribute creative input to campaign direction, messaging, and positioning to ensure each initiative is both strategic and visually compelling.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with project goals and timelines while maintaining a consistent and premium brand experience.
  1. Campaign & Content Development
  • Lead the planning and rollout of 360° marketing campaigns, including digital, OOH, print, PR, and activations.
  • Oversee content production and guide creative output—ensuring all materials meet visual and messaging standards and support visibility and lead generation goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional input to ensure each campaign is executed seamlessly and remains on-brand.
  • Stay current with design and marketing trends to inspire fresh, innovative approaches to future campaigns.
  1. Digital Marketing & CRM
  • Collaborate with digital agencies to develop and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (social, search, display, etc.).
  • Support content development for digital channels, with a strong focus on visual aesthetics and user engagement.
  • Assist in CRM initiatives to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales team objectives.
  1. Events & Launches
  • Plan and execute marketing-led events, including project launches, experiential activations, and partner collaborations.
  • Ensure all brand touchpoints—from signage to staging—are cohesive and visually consistent.
  • Work closely with agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality production, guest experience, and brand alignment.
  1. Budget & Performance Monitoring
  • Manage marketing budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient execution and cost control.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare reports with actionable insights to refine strategies as needed.

SKILL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle industries.
  • Strong creative instinct with a well-developed eye for design, layout, and brand aesthetics.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies across both traditional and digital platforms.
  • Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and vendors, with a strong understanding of campaign workflows.
  • Solid knowledge of integrated marketing across digital, print, social media, and events.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Communication, negotiation and presentation skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • A collaborative mindset with the initiative to take ownership and drive projects forward.
