I. POSITION SUMMARIES
Investment professionals will have the opportunity to participate in all aspects of projects and be staffed on a number of assignments at once. Due to the relatively small size of the professional staff, team members have the opportunity to assume integral roles on deal teams

II. DUTIES
The position is going to have the opportunity to participate in a wide range of real estate transactions including:

• Mezzanine and debt structuring
• New loan originations
• Financial analysis and modeling
• Market research
• Competitive analysis
• Development of investment committee presentations
• Assistance in the execution of transactions
• Drafting of memoranda for internal and external use
• Prepare feasibility study
• Prepare teasers to send to investors

The details can be described as below:

1. Investing

• • Prepare feasibility studies for projects in portfolio and pre-FSes for projects in pipeline
  • Present and consult key findings to Board of Management
  • Prepare teasers to send to investors from Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, etc.

2. Finance

• • • Actively involved in deal structuring to raise fund for Holding Company or at project level; financing ranges from commercial contract, straight debt, mezzanine to straight equity
    • Tightly cooperate with the local bank during the evaluation process
    • Prepare group cash flow and budget; conduct valuation of the whole group to raise equity
    • Monitor operating assets’ performance (serviced apartment, retail).

III. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

REFICO REAL ESTATE GROUP seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, intelligent, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have:

• • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • CFA is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • A demonstrated ability to write effectively
  • A desire to work in a team environment, often under pressure
  • 4-6 years of experience with a real estate private equity firm, lender, owner/operator, or investment bank
